Performer in AFTER

Having trained at the National School of Dance in Marseille and at the Conservatoire Supérieur of Lyon in contemporary dance, Julien Gallée Ferré joined the Ex.e.r.ce training at the Centre Chorégraphique National de Montpellier in 2011. Various collaborations followed with choreographers Patricia Kuypers, Mathilde Monnier, Loïc Touzé, Herman Diephuis, Yves-Noël Genod, Ayelen Parolin, Maud Le Pladec, Boris Charmatz and Alain Michard. In cinema, he acted and danced in Sarah Lasry’s film Les Voix volées. He has directed two short films: Entre-temps which deals with the themes of physical memory and learning through a process of reconstruction of childhood films, and Sommeil, which deals with the theme of dreams through a choreography of sleeping bodies.
